Twiks Kreet: Map Update #3

Been thinking about how to flesh out the terrain a bit to make it align more with the urban-city feeling. The tree-house feels a bit too organic for the given setting I’m envisioning, I was going to add the balcony later on in the plot to show the environment changing over time, but honestly I feel the balcony adds a flavor that I can’t describe — like it’s the secret ingredient that helps the tree stand out aesthetically while not being too over the top.

I’ve also been branching out to other avenues and streets I feel would be interesting to explore later on. I created a tunnel near the base of the tree-house, initially I was envisioning more of a highway underpass with pillars and support beams. After some consideration though, I explored more of a confined-bricked passageway. This would allow more flexibility in terms of design choice moving forward, I’m thinking of more of a vandalized-sewage theme with some graffiti sprinkled in.
